Tanney Top Load Closer Model #807-25 includes heavy duty welded frame, painted white, 2 speed infeed belt section for flag style automatic carton indexing into flight pockets, flight pockets to control cartons, overhead lugged conveyor to control hood style closure, overhead section is retractable for clearing possible carton or machine malfunction, 1hp inverter variable speed drive motor with jam protection kick out, overhead retractable ralis are air activated for quick release, Nordson Model 3100 with 2 H-20 guns for hot melt application, encoder driven by machine for control of hot melt application, 3 position switch for pattern control and size change, machine adjustable for 3 sizes, upper barrier guarding with electrical interlocks to all doors, includes hot melt glue timer for timed on/off start-ups and shutdowns.

Tanney is set-up to run the "hooded cover construction" as shown in the attached photo diagram.
