• The LONGFORD B855 Series of High-Speed Batch Counters Friction Feeders are specifically designed to handle a wide variety of products.
• Typically mounted at right angles to a flighted in-feed conveyor, the drop table retracts, dropping the set of products (cards, sheet paper, envelopes, CD’s, etc…), onto catch trays.
• The B855 Batch Counter features self-timing and on-demand operation and can run at speeds in excess of 50,000 pieces per hour, depending on product size.
