• Combination Hi-Speed Checkweigher with Safeline Metal Detector
• 17-3/4" wide x 6-3/4" high aperture opening on Safeline metal detector
• Metal detector product opening is 17-3/4" wide x 5-1/2" high
• Metal detector is the first conveyor zone and is 41" long x 16" wide mattop chain.  Metal detector conveyor has a 90 degree product pusher actuated with compressed air.
• Weigh conveyor is the second conveyor zone and is 25" long x 17" wide with a 16" wide food grade belt.
• Reject conveyor is the third conveyor zone and is 22" long x 16" wide mattop chain.  Checkweigher reject is a 90 degree product pusher actuated with compressed air.
• Overall length of system is 7'-4" long x Overall width of 4'-10" x top of belt of 41" plus/minus 3".
• Metal detector was previously detecting 3.0mm Non-Ferrous, 3.0mm 316 SS, and 2.0 Ferrous samples.
