Triangle VFFS and Linear Scales System:

• Includes six (6) Triangle VFFS baggers, model TWC61C, with overhead weigh scales.
• System comes complete with (5) Triangle linear scales, model 2816F2S, and (1) Ishida 14 Head Combination Bucket Weigh Scale
• Comes Complete with 6 product feed conveyors that feed each product scale
• Finished bag take-away conveyor that includes Loma IQ2 metal detectors (presently system is missing three metal detector heads)
• Exit conveyor system includes two product counter stations.  System will count bags into corrugated case that is placed into two separate load stations.  Once the counter reaches its final number, a deflector plate rotates to allow the second box to be filled.  Operator removes properly filled case to a take-away conveyor and replaces with empty case.
• Sytem includes Hytrol empty case conveyor and Hytrol full case conveyors.  Conveyors are double stacked on common support legs.  Empty case conveyor brings newly erected cases from an Automatic Durable case erector to each pack station and the full case conveyor transports completed cases to an automatic Durable case tape sealer.
• System includes (1) one Durable model TGA 200 case erector with bottom tape head.  Erector comes with a 7' long case magazine
• System includes (1) one Durable model RA-4FC-1S Case Sealer with 2" top tape head.
• Infeed matlock chain conveyor - 79 ft long / 4ft wide
• 90 degree takeaway matlock chain conveyor - 15 ft long / 1 ft wide
• 90 degree trunk line matlock chain conveyor - 57 ft long / 30 inches wide
• 6 divert stations
• 6 takeaway divert conveyors : 
• (1) matlock chain - 6 1/2 ft long /22 inches wide
• (4) smoothbelt conveyors - 21 inch belt (can handle 30 inches) / 6 1/2 long
• (1) matlock chain - 12 ft long / 2 ft wide
