Used Product Feed System feeding Two Doboy Flow Wrapper

Used Cookie or Food Product Conveyor System with:

• Complete system that takes bulk from oven or production line then divides into two lanes and single files the product into horizontal flow wrappers.
• Bulk product is divided into two paths and conveyed along a squaring rail.  As the product moves down the system, conveyor belts are increased in speed forcing the product to form into a single file line along the squaring rail.
• Once the product is single file it is transfered past an overflow conveyor and into a horizontal flow wrapper infeed.
• If any downstream wrapper is shutdown, the overflow reject will activate forcing that lane into a center hub take-away conveyor for temporary product storage.  This product can be added back into the system when the wrapper is running again.
• Unit was integrated into two Doboy J wrappers, our inventory numbers E2393 and E2390.  Ask your sales representative for individual quotes.
• System does not include 90 degree belt curve shown.
