Used Thiele Series 60 Fully Automatic Cartoner

This is a Thiele C60 Fully Automatic Barrel Cam Cartoner with:

• Rebuilt by Ultra Packaging in 2004Cartoner was set-up to run sealed bags of product from a VFFS and loads them automatically into end load cartons
• Bagged product is conveyed from two VFFS into one of two infeed pacing belts where the product is timed into the overhead sweep where they are swep into dedicated infeed buckets
• Dual sweep load station 
• Cartoner comes equipped with no product/no carton option
• Powered carton blank hopper with a proximity sensor to automatically advance the magazine when required.
• Four head rotary carton picker
• One horsepower Gast Vacuum pump is provided to draw vacuum in the rotary carton feeder
• Electro-Cam switch box for quick and easy adjustments and change-overs
• Barrel cam auto loader
• Equipped with product funnel buckets for positive placement of bag product during loading
• Three chain carton lugs with top hold down
• Deboss coder
• Nordson 2302 hot melt glue unit
• Moving side compression belts after glue section to insure glued finished cartons
• Rated up to 200 Cartons/Minute 
• Previously running 3" long x 1-3/4" wide x 5" deep
• Allen Bradley PLC 2/16 processer 
• Allen Bradley DL20 operator indicator screen
• Left to right product flow from operator panel side
• 240 Volt - 60 Hz -3 Phase at 50 Amp
