Ramsey Bottle Indexer for metal detector or checkweigher infeed

  • Unit is capable of indexing round and square bottles into a downstream machinery.
  • Indexer is designed to generate consistent gaps between containers and to be placed upstream of inline labelers, cappers, code daters, and induction sealers.
  • Unit has worm screw to develop 2 to 1 gap between containers.  With the right change parts a 3 to 1 gap can be obtained.
  • Unit has variable speed drive
  • Bottles are transfered into screw with three chain conveyor.
