• The Allpax line of retorts includes severe-duty sterilization machines for processing trays, jars, bottles and cans in a flooded / water-immersion process.
• The Rotational Retort is designed with upper pre-heat water storage vessels and lower process vessels. The Allpax Rotational Retort includes a rotor (rotational insert) with rear drive and supporting wheels and provides for end-over-end rotation.
• System includes manually open door.
• The machines are fabricated in 304 stainless steel
• Allpax retorts come equipped with the Allpax Monitor fully automatic retort control system. Monitor has been designed to meet the validation requirements of 21 CFR, Part 11 for electronic records.
