Used Lantech S2500 Stretch Wrapping System and Conveyor

Lantech Stretch Wrapper with:

• The S-2500 automatic straddle/wrap arm machine is configured with  integrated conveyors
• It is a fully automatic stretch wrap system that can either be loaded manually by a fork truck or can operate in-line with other automated equipment.
• Overhead wrappers like the S2500 are ideal for tall column stacked loads that are too unstable to rotate. Can also handle loads that would be difficult to rotate due to their extreme weight.
• This is a higher speed machine for more demanding line speeds.  Wraps 55 - 70 loads per hour with a wrap arm speed of 25 RPM.
• Allen Bradley SLC 5/01 Processor
• Presently running 48" x 40" standard pallets
• Pallet conveyor is chain driven live roller with 12' long section inside the wrapper zone, has a 12" top of roller elevation (comes with leg extension to raise conveyor to 18" T.O.R.), has a overall width of 57", has an effective width of 50".
