Kliklok Certipak Sleever specifications:

• The TM-II is Kliklok-Woodman's answer to the challenge of multi-packing or uni-packing low-profile products such as spread or dip tubs, yogurt or pudding cups, pure-packs, shallow jars, cans, plastic bottles and more.
• This compact system offers a highly space-efficient method of automatically indexing, loading and cartoning items. Containers are accepted at random and timed into flights where a carton blank is formed around the product. The package is then locked or sealed and ejected onto the takeaway conveyors.
• The TM-II is designed and constructed to meet the demanding washdown requirements for many dairy packaging environments.
• Unit set-up for 4 and 6 count cups in wraparound sleeve
• Infeed is dual lane with one layer of cups brought over bottom layer.
• Pack pattern are 1 x 2 x 2 and 1 x 3 x 2 (one lane with either 2 or 3 deep with 2 layers)
