• Rotary Die Wheel Concept. The RT's rotary die wheel concept operates on the principal of maximizing dwell time.  Individual Magnum sealing dies are released on demand as packaging material and product move through the machine.
• More Dwell Time Means Strong Hermetic Seals. Extra sealing time allows for the best combination of time, temperature, and pressure.  More dwell time ensures that molten sealant has plenty of time to flow through the seal area and close off any channels where leakage could occur.
• Proven Resistance Sealing System.  Cross seals are made using Hayssen's unique Magnum die.  Optimized die pressure, combined with Hayssen's Channelock serration pattern and the Hayssen long dwell, provides superior hermetic seals.  True fin back seal configuration is standard and employs a heat and roller style platen.  No film forming box design allows for the use of heavy-gauge barrier laminates.
• Color Touch-Screen Control System.  A programmable color touch-screen control system facilitates machine operation and increases performance by managing the machine operating logic as well as the main and infeed motor synchronization.  This simple graphic interface displays all operator information including commands, temperature controls, machine faults, speed, and working programs.
• Automatic Speed Modulation.  Automatic speed modulation allows the RT to modulate the wrapping speed as a function of the product backlog.
