  • Cooling jacket is rated at 25 lbs per square inch maximum
  • Two Speed Motor rated at 75 and 37.5 HP
  • Motor input 1755 and 875 RPM
  • Motor output 280 and 140 RPM
  • Includes flour gate on top
  • Built-in operator platform on back
