• Pallet hoist can accommodate pallet loads up to 2000 pounds and up to 110 inches tall.
• Sweep carriage rides on four linear bearings and is driven by a VFD controlled motor to provide effecient speed control and smooth operation.
• Product accumulation bed is 10'-0" long with 90 degree perpendicular discharge.  Conveyor chain is a Rexnord 7700 series mattop chain.
• Container discharge elevation of 12'-0" top of chain.
• Accumulation bed is driven with VFD controlled motor to vary the chain speed to match the sweep carriage and to minimize down bottles.
• Front row retainer bar and rear sweep bar are adjustable to allow for different product sizes and configurations.
• Front row retainer bar retracts to allow for clearance above the pallet hoist, then extends to compress the layer of containers and removes voids between containers to ensure product stability during the sweep operation.
• Heavy duty pneumatic slip sheet grippers will grip the slip sheet during the sweep operation.
• Sweep carriage includes an integral retractable vacuum mechanism to lift and remove slip sheets and top frames from the top of the pallet.  Vacuum mechanism will consist of five vacuum heads to insure a positive slip sheet pick-up.
• Slip sheet /top frame bin will hold 18" of slip sheets and/or top frames
• Heavy duty pallet stacker with a pneumatically actuated scissors lift
• Will hold 12+ pallets and signal operator when full
• Operates with a 460 VAC/3 phase/ 80 PSI @ 30 SCFM
