Used General Packaging VFFS Bagger for Liquid Pouches

Used General Packaging V/F/F/S Bagger with:

• Unit was designed to produce instant ice packs but can be set-up to produce any dry or granulated product sealed in a pouch
• Water packs were produced by in upstream bagger (not included in this quoted price) and then fed onto a conveyor which conveyed the pouches to this VFFS bagger.  The water pouch is then dropped with a pre-measured amount of Aluminum Chlorohydrate into the film forming tube.  The bag is then sealed and fed into a tote for final packaging.
• Can produce 12,000 to 14,000 units per 8 hour shift.
• Bagger is presently set-up to produce 3"x5", 5"x7", or 7"x9" instant ice packs
• Please contact your sales person for a total package price which would include two Vertical Baggers, two conveyors, rolling ladders for access, and a high density heavy duty vacuum cleaner for the management of the powdered chemical.
