Used Wire Cut Dough Dropping System with:

• Small foot print Cookie Depositor system
• Wire cut and guillotine capability
• The machine cycles up to 50 drops per min but normal run is 35 cycles per min.
• Stainless Steel feed hopper
• Presently set-up for 6 lanes across
• Includes one drop plate for 6 lanes.  Drop plate presently has six cups for round cookies.  Other cup profiles are available from OEM for square and swirl cookies.
• Conveyorized Dough Drop machine designed to drop right on to the Belt and then transfer directly on Belt Oven or machine can drop onto a pan on the belt and take the pan to another location or Oven.
• Drop Rate is 350 to 400 cookies per min if dropped onto Floured Belt and transfers from Dropper belt to Oven Conveyor belt.  If you are dropping onto a pan the rate is as fast at the operator can place a pan (up to 300 cookies per min).
• 27" wide belt
