Used Doboy Microtronics Wrapper with:

• Automatic inline feeder last running stacks of frozen waffle and pancake product.  Feeder includes Shuttleworth slip torque feed conveyor and indexing belts that group stacks of products into wrapper infeed lugs.
• Left to right hand wrapper
• Upgraded to Allen Bradley SLC 5/03 processor
• Seven axis servo pack controlling: cutting head, finwheel, infeed lug conveyor, Power flim feed roll, primary indexing conveyor shaft, gapping conveyor, and metering conveyor
• Two sets of fin wheels with adjustable canting with one additional folding set
• Heated fin wheels opens automatically when wrapper stops.
• 7" diameter sealers with 4-1/2" height clearance.  Height clearance can be converted to smaller height with change parts.
• One-up seal jaws, can be easily converted to two-up jaws.
• 13-3/4" seal jaw width
• Unit is provided with transfer conveyor through seal jaw area.  Provides additional product supports and stability through end seal chamber.
• Film registration system included
• Safety interlocks on guards and doors.
• 20 programmable product setups through operator control screen
• Computer monitored jam detection
• CTC operator touch screen on swivel pendent for operator viewing from any position
• Light tree for wrapper status
• Vacuum Plenum at fin seal to remove excess air in package

• Includes SealStrip reclosable tape dispenser for resealing bag after consumer opens package.
