Used Skinetta Pac-Systems Shrink Bundler with:

  • Stretch Bander, Model ASK450. Maximum speed 25 bundles, or 300 bottles per minute depending on the configuration.
  • Maximum bottle height not to exceed 290 mm.
  • 530 mm sealing width
  • 30" wide x 29" long shrink tunnel with 16'' long dual 14" wide 4 lane conveyor
  • 480 volt, with a Pac-System operator panel
  • Allen-Bradley SLC 5/04 CPU controls
  • This bundling system is a continuous motion shrink wrapper designed for higher speed applications.  Can accommodate multiple sizes and shapes without any change parts.  Extremely high speed.  Equipment ideal for nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, and single-serve dairy products.
