Used RF Sealer Packaging Line with Alloyd 4SC Blister

Used RF Packaging Line for blister packs with:

• Sealing of (1) array of 12-up 25mm toothbrush package
• Welded PVC backer to PVC blister.
• Cycle Time : 8 – 13 cycles per minute (package dependent)
• Sealed packages transferred to a stripper conveyor. 
• Stripper conveyor with 16 stripper plates, move package to punch. 
• Punch “knocks” individual packages out of blister array onto the collating system. (Scrap portion of array taken away to a box or conveyor).
• Collator rotates packages and drops on a indexing belt. 
• Packages transferred from indexing belt to stacking “Pocket” conveyor on Skinetta banding machine.
• Skinetta bundles 6 pieces (2 wide x 3 high) together in a 100mm wide stretch wrapped band.
• Line new in 1997.
• Additional components (Items 6 & 7) added in 2000 as part of equipment upgrade.
