• Dough Trough dumper with Hydraulic powered piston to lift Trough up and into Stainless Steel live bottom conveyor
• Hopper is 37 1/2" wide x 47" long x 22 1/2" high from top of belt
• Live bottom conveyor is food grade and when activated pushes product to lamination roller.
• System has two lamination rollers to help sheet out a layer of dough at exit of hopper.
• Contains 2HP live bottom belt conveyor drive
• 2 Hp motor to drive extrusion rollers
• 1 Hp Baldor motor for hydraulic pump used to manually raise and lower dough trough.
