Columbia High Level Infeed Case Palletizer with:

• Allen Bradley 5/11 PLC controller
• Allen Bradley control components: Motor Starters, pushbuttons, photocells, proximity switches
• Air supply 28 SCFM at 80 PSIG
• Up to 45 cases per minute depending on stack pattern and layer count.  Case rates assume the infeed conveyor system is capable of delivering a constant supply of cases to the palletizer with no gaps between cases.  Palletizer infeed speed is at 90 fpm.
• Side layer guides
• Sheet dispenser model 597F Slip Sheet In-line Dispenser, presently running 44" x 52" slip sheet.  52" dimension is leading through palletizer.
• Tie sheet dispenser model 2598, presently running 38" x 42" tie sheet
• Unit contains multi-line conveyor controls for up to 3 lines.  Customer to supply photocells, motor starters, and hardwire to the palletizer control panel.
• Remote control panel
• Diagnostic operator display for quick trouble shooting.
• Panelmate 1000
• Three (3) position pusher bar (allows for centering loads (approx.) front to back)
• Pallet dispenser set up for 40" x 48" GMA four-way pallets
• 8'-11" infeed height minimum
• 1'-1" outfeed pallet height minimum
• 72" maximum load height including pallet
