Thomas Machinery / Thomas Engineering Bottle Rinser

  • Stainless Steel
  • Up to 300 bottles per minute
  • 22 chamber unit disc bottle cleaner
  • Capable of running glass or PET plastic bottles
  • Unit brings bottle into rotating 360 degree disc.  At top of rotation (180 degrees) unit blows air into bottle to force out contaminants.
  • Unit has three air jet ports to force contaminants from bottle then vacuum system pulls all contaminants from chamber.  Vacuum system has easy access replaceable inline filter.
  • Cleaner is controlled by clutch driven system capable of starting and stopping based on downstream demands.
