CLI Automatic Pressure Sensitive Wraparound Labeler

• Automatic labeler designed for high speed labeling of up to 300 bottles per minute.
• Unit is equipped with a Herma Labeling head, digital display monitor designed to accept data according to precise reference numbers for each bottles size, including height, diameter for example.
• Comes equipped with an Optel Vision System, Model OP 235, (serial #:235018), designed to scan the barcodes of every label. If information on the label does not match that of the packaging order, the labeler automatically stops dispensing the labels.
• Labeler sits on a Stainless Steel enclosed frame and comes with an 11’ long by 4 ½” wide Stainless Steel sanitary conveyor with adjustable guide rails, raised belt, a 52” long motorized hold down belt, chain aligner, motorized indexing wheel with counter, pneumatic reject station, variable speed controllers and a tooling for a 6” web.
