• Automatic line operation
• 24" Wide infeed bag elevating conveyor line
• Labeled bags conveyed over a Toledo Scale electronic check-weight scale, w/over/under weight Bag Rejection System and automatic discharge to ground level.
• Check weighed bags conveyed through a Pacer drum section to evenly feed downstream palletizer.
• Bags pass over Acceleration section and through infeed section with Moller side shifters  with CTC Parker Automatic bag pattern controls
• Bags are manipulated in Palletizer section to desired arrangement  (i.e. 3 per layer x 10-15 bags high)
• Equipped with top sheet placer system
• Bi-parting plates and layer pusher mechanisms is electro-hydraulic powered
• Includes empty pallet dispenser
• Pallet layer bag flattener
• Unit is operating conditioned when plant was recently shut-down.
