  • Motor 2 speed 12 1/2- 25 HP (new).
  • RPM specify your choice.
  • New control panel: 2 timers, 1 electronic thermostat for temp of dough, power down, and air seal water jacket. 
  • Capacity of 5 BBL (Barrels) or 1000 pounds of dough
  • Your choice of electrical power.
