• (3) Alvey 800 palletizers. One unit with automatic slip sheet dispenser, two units with manual sheet dispensers
• Each Alvey includes automatic high capacity pallet hoppers
• Full operator access walkways with stairways for palletizing operators.
• 4 station Alvey transfer car system including controls.
• Transfer car station transfers full load pallets from 1 of 3 Alvey pallet conveyors to Lantech S/W infeed conveyor.
• Transfer car is powered by overhead festoon system with independent control station
• Lantech model SAST straddle overhead arm wrapper will run 40+ loads/hour
• Control system for entire system is inlcuded in quote
• System was last running full corrugated cases. Capable of running shrink wrapped trays.
• Removal of complete system is responsibility of buyer and is not included in quote.
