ADCO Sleever

  • Fully automatic multipack system for packaging beverage bottles or cans.  Previously running a 2 x 3 pack pattern at up to 600 containers per minute. 
  • Uses high quality printed Kraft cartons in a wrap and lock application.
  • Bottles have a neck through design for maximum marketing impact.
  • SS frame with complete wash down construction for beverage operation.
  • 120" dual lane infeed conveyors with timing screws and star wheels to meter products into multi-pack groupings.
  • Back pressure controls for handling soft, non-pressurized plastic containers as well as standard rigid or pressurized containers.
  • Change over capability utilizing an Allen Bradley slc 5/30 and 550 panel view touch screen controls, digital readouts and vertical adjustability for the carton chains.
  • The system is 42" Wide x 264" Long
