ADCO Sleever

  • Fully automatic multipack system for packaging beverage bottles, cans, cups, tubs, trays up to 150 Sleeves per minute. 
  • Stainless Steel frame
  • Presently set-up with dual lane infeed conveyors with timing screws to meter products into multi-pack groupings.  Can be modified to run different products for an additional charge.
  • Back pressure controls for handling soft, non pressurized plastic containers as well as standard rigid or pressurized containers.
  • The system is 264"L x 42"W.
  • Two head rotary sleeve feeder
  • Horizontal powered sleeve blank feeder
  • Interlocked barrier guarding
  • Vacuum pump with motor
  • Powered take-away belts
  • Previously running pre-glued sleeves with air heaters.  Unit can be converted to run Nordson hot melt system at an additional price.
