Pearson Box Tray Former with Nordson Hot Melt Glue with:

  • Nordson Microset Multiscan glue controller
  • Steel-it paint with stainless steel guarding
  • Independent vacuum motor for reliable blank picking
  • Rated at up to 15 cpm
  • The TF18-FF uses vacuum cups to select a tray blank from the vertical magazine and places it onto flighted guides. The guides transfer the blank through the glue section to the forming section where the mandrel forms the tray. Compression is applied to the glued flaps until the tray is dropped onto the discharge conveyor.
