Three belt checkweigher with belt noseovers capable of handling very small and unstable product. Dynamic weighing with displaying of weights as well as weight classification and automatic sorting/rejecting (Air reject/blow-off) of under and over product weights. Equipped with high-contrast, high resolution LCD display with membrane keypad. Unit is built on stainless steel framing.

Unit has three belt system; infeed belt is ? mm long x ? mm wide, weigh belt is ? mm long x ? mm wide, and discharge belt is ? mm long x ? mm wide. Unit elevation range is 750 mm to 1000 mm. Left to right hand machine (facing operator control panel)

Calibrated capacity of weigh cell is 150 grams.  Additional weigh cells are available for weighing products up to 7000 grams (additional cost from Manufacturer). Unit was factory tested and calibrated with standard deviation of ? milligrams.  Weigh cell model number is 470800, type BF8.

Unit is provided with a RS 422 communication port
