• 31 foot long integrated inline feeder conveyor
• The Longford batch collation system uses a distributed processing control system.  For enhanced operator monitoring, the system offers a real-time, color display of system statistics.  These includes the total number of valid and invalid packets produced, as well as the status and statistics of each feeder.
• Production schedules can be pre-defined and stored for quick retrieval by the operator.
• Lug chain is presently set up for 10" centers.  Centers can be easily converted to fit product up to 20" long
• Up to 11" wide product
• System is set-up for 12 feeder stations.  Heads not included in price.
• Feeders are on 24" centers
