New England 1 Head Capper

  • NESHC design allows the chuck to rotate to the desired application torque and then releases the cap, preventing cap or thread damage due to over-torquing.
  • Set to 38 mm cap size.
  • Stainless steet vibratory cap sorter
  • Stainless steel shuttle transfers cap from from cap chute to chuck
  • Unit contains bottle clamps to insure proper bottle location at capping station which offers positive chuck cap application for straight and secure caps.
  • Allen Bradley SLC 503 Processor
  • Quick change-over allows for use with a wide variety of caps and containers
  • Will accept 4" conveyor
