Conflex Model CW160 horizontal wrapper
- Includes optional 8' extended infeed
- Infeed flighted chain with adjustable side guides for quick change over
- Set-up to run polyurethane but can be easily converted to run shrink film, some change parts required.
- Comes with dual film arbor for quick roll changes
- Easy phase adjustments for flight position, and package length, which allows for a very fast and efficient change-over
- Machine comes complete with safety guards and interlocks
- Overload clutch
- Film feed drive roller
- Film feed nip roller
- Film feed dancer assembly for proper film tension
- Vacuum belt transfer assembly, which maintains proper product spacing in film tube prior to end seals
- Moving product roller deck at end sealer area ensuring proper product spacing and orientation
- Air requirements; 60 psi at 1 cfm
