Cintex Metal Detector/ Checkweigher Combo

  • Aperture size on metal detector is 8 3/4" x 4 1/4" above belt
  • Sensitivity is 1.5 mm ferrous and 2 mm non-ferrous
  • Checkweigher can detect over and under product with sensitivity of 1 gram
  • System capable of running product up to 8" wide x 4" high
  • Weigh cell is 13" long
  • Stainless Steel washdown design 
  • Equipped with Cintex conveyor system CS265
  • Double Reject System.  One 90 degree pneumatic pusher for metal detector and one 90 degree pneumatic pusher for checkweigher.
  • Price includes testing equipment for operation and repairing or replacing any damaged parts.  Timeline is two weeks.
