New Machinery / System Integration

Whether we are designing or fabricating a new packaging system, our goal is to develop a final solution that will meet or exceed your specified criteria. Every machine we deliver is developed and manufactured to ensure the specifications are met with the highest quality standards. Machine Rebuilds

When your machine arrives at Sigma Packaging we tear the machine down to the frame i.e. strip the machine of all its components. The frame is repainted and the machine is rebuilt with all  new mechanical parts as well as an electrical control system. Additionally, the machine can be retrofitted with upgraded system components and a new guard package. Upon completion of your rebuilt machine, we will runoff product and deliver an output efficiency that will meet or beat its initial OEM specifications.

Overhaul / Refurbishment

When your machine arrives at Sigma Packaging , we do a thorough cleaning, and  replace all worn or damaged components i.e. bearings, sprockets, chains, wear-strips, etc. This level of maintenance may or may not include an upgrade to your electrical control system. However, your machine will be restored to a level very close to its original OEM specifications.

Machine Retrofits

We enhance your current equipment with a system or feature that was not part of the original OEM specifications. This can include, but is not limited to enhancements that have been developed after the purchase of your machine. The process includes a thorough assessment of your requested requirements, as compared to your machine's current capabilities. We then design and integrate a system that best meets the needs of the application.

Machine Upgrades

We enhance your current equipment with a system or feature that was developed after the purchase of your machine. A typical example would be for Sigma Packaging to replace an outdated mechanical feature with a state-of-the-art electronic device, providing new features and enhancements. The resulting system will provide your machine with operational capabilities that are available on newer equipment.
